TThe Guild will be using a new competition upload form this season that is easier to use and faster than the old form. This new form does require that you log in to a new competition account before you can use it. If you had a competition account previously it is no longer valid.
You can not create this new competition account yourself! Please email the webmaster, request an account, and one will be created for you. Please tell the webmaster what you would like to use as a user ID. That should be something simple and often just your first name or some abbreviation is sufficient. Once the account has been created you will receive an email (from WordPress) with a link that will allow you to enter a new password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see this email.
When you go to the “Competition Uploads” page from the link at the top of the website sidebar, you will be asked to log in first. Use your new user ID and password. Once you are logged in you can go to your account profile from the “Howdy” menu in the top right corner of the page. There you can change anything you like, except your user ID.
A test competition upload form will be created fairly soon. You will receive a Guild email that will announce when the form is available. It is recommended that you try it out. Upload some of your competition compliant images. See how easy it is to use. Don’t wait until the first real competition to learn how to use this new form. If you do encounter any difficulties please let the webmaster know. All the images that you upload to try out the new upload form will be deleted prior to the first real Guild competition.
