Seminar 3: Landscape Photography by Brian Merry
Tuesday, October 1, 2019

Landscape Photography by Brian Merry. Paraphrased from his website.

Brain Merry held a professional college instructor position for 5 years before shifting his career to become a full time outdoor photography workshop and tour host.  He is also an accredited photographer with the PPOC (Professional Photographers of Canada) as a “Nature Photographer”.  The PPOC is Canada’s national, professional photographer’s certifying body.

Brian and his wife, Kazue, have been leading wildlife and photography workshops and tours in Banff, Japan and Cape Breton collectively for decades.  They strive to deliver to you the extraordinary essence of these places that only a 20 year native of all of these areas can communicate to you.

Brian grew up in Halifax and Cape breton in Nova Scotia.  And, Kazue lived in Japan for the first 25-ish years of her life in Japan.  Now, they have been living married together in Banff for over a decade.  They love helping you get the most out of your photographic experience.
