Show & Tell is a non-competitive evening for sharing your images, projected on the big screen. All members can bring up to 10 images on a flash drive (competition format) and talk about them. The images can be about anything you wish. There is a 5 minute time limit.
At the start of the meeting there will be a mini-seminar (15 minutes) about 3D photography. The speaker is Darryl Robertson. Learn how easy it is to take 3D anaglyph images.
Free 3D glasses for everyone!
The Photo Guild’s Wine and Cheese season opening event will be held on Wednesday, September 4th, at our usual meeting place – at 7:30 pm at the Museum of Natural History.
Please bring up to 10 images or combination of images and/or video clips to show us what did you do last Summer (time limit is 5 minutes per member). Get your set ready… we still have time to take photos and create memories!
It is now membership renewal time too – you can renew your membership (or you can join if you are now yet a member) during the evening – or if you prefer using online services, you can pay the membership dues on PGNS website. Just visit our membership page, scroll down, select the membership type and pay using PayPal. And of course you can fill out the membership form and mail it to our Treasurer if that is what you prefer.
Hope to see you at our Wine & Cheese night – it’ll be fun!
We’ve all seen some wonderful photos that have come from cell phones…and we’ve all seen some bad ones as well….
I wanted to figure out how to make better quality images with my phone, and set about with the help from PSA friends, tutorials, etc., to find out how. I would like to share some of the things I discovered along the way….
So if you want to know some of the features of your phone camera and learn something about Camera Apps and Photo Apps, that’s what I will be sharing…
Hope you can join us on Sunday evening for the seminar…Oh…and there will be snacks !!!
SHOW AND TELL…Bring with you a flash drive with some images you’d like to share and talk about (from any camera)….time limit per person 5 minutes! (See the PGNS Schedule)
See you there!
